Gemstones require 100% advance payment via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Once payment is confirmed, we share digital certification and ship within 24 hours. This ensures authenticity and prevents fraudulent claims on high-value items.
What happens if I refuse a COD package?
Refused packages are returned to us, and a restocking + return shipping fee of PKR 500 will be deducted if re-shipped. Repeated refusals may lead to COD restrictions on your account. We encourage order confirmation via WhatsApp support before dispatch.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
